The Property
Inside: The property consists of a main house and three smaller buildings, all of which are built using large blocks of the beautiful light grey stone typical of this area. Enter the main house via a bright and airy, split level living cum dining area which leads straight on to a well laid out kitchen. Up five steps, the sitting room, with stylish sofas and furnishings takes you to the master bedroom with adjoining bathroom and large picture doors leading to the garden. On the lower floor of the main house is a double bedroom, a twin suitable for children and a bathroom.
The three guesthouses are just a few steps across the garden. They all have double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms (one also has space for a single bed in its living area). There is also a spacious covered patio by the pool with dining-living area and kitchen. From here you can also access to two of the guesthouses. All are decorated in a similar style to the main house: colourful, stylish and practical... all in all, great for a holiday!
Outside: the garden contains a beautiful mixture of lush lawns and Mediterranean plants, and is enclosed by a characteristic wall of white Modica stone. Adjacent to one of the guesthouses is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, and there are several beautifully shaded areas for dining and relaxing. At the end of the garden the beautiful pool, featuring a hydromassage corner.
