Inside: the villa is on two floors. The main entrance is on the upper floor, which is a square structure with high, beamed ceilings arranged around a leafy central courtyard. On this floor is a living area, a dining area with picture window views towards the coast, a kitchen, a double room, a twin room, a single room and two bathrooms. The lower floor which is reached from the garden, has a living room and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Outside: the living room on the upper floor leads out on one side onto a panoramic terrace and viewing gallery, on another to the front lawn and pool area, and on the third side, via the kitchen area, to the garden, outside dining and living areas. The shaded outside dining area has a barbecue and work area with basins and running water. The lower floor has its own terrace with a columned portico.

Think About

The architect of this postmodern villa, Adriana Bisconti, worked with some of the most noteworthy Italian postmodern architects (Cellini, Nicolin, Bisogni, Indovina) and displayed her work at the Biennale di Venezia.
