An immaculate and very cosy beach front apartment with three spacious terraces in the town of Letojanni, just a few minutes from Taormina. There's a good selection of local bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the apartment itself offers five star accommodation. The high quality fittings and furnishings include air conditioning and a fabulous kitchen. The front terrace with 180 degree sea views is perfect for relaxing dinners and the location is ideal for exploring Sicily's eastern coast.

The Property

Inside: Giara is on the third floor (there is a lift) of a well kept sea front building which is occupied throughout the year by a very friendly and respectable family. The apartment has been newly renovated to an immaculate standard. Double bedroom with private terrace and ensuite bathroom with tub. Twin bedroom (can be a double) with private terrace. Bathroom with shower opposite twin bedroom. Large living with fireplace, sofas and dining table and a perfectly equipped open plan kitchen. Air conditioning is fitted throughout.

Outside: the living room and kitchen lead directly onto a large terrace with views of the beach and the coast below Taormina. The terrace has furnished sitting and dining areas. Each bedroom has its own furnished private terrace. The long sandy/pebbly beach is just across the road.

The Area

The beach at Letojanni has a good range of Lidi (beach clubs offering facilities ranging from restaurants and bars to loungers, umbrellas and water sports). The town itself has a selection of bars and restaurants and a charming main square. Taormina is a few minutes drive away and Catania and Syracuse are easily reachable for day trips.
