Inside: Il Borghetto is a lovingly restored country home comprising four buildings spread around a large panoramic terrace. Whether you take just the main house or add one or two of the lovely converted barns, you will always have complete exclusivity of the gardens and pool.The main villa is accessed from the panoramic terrace and is on two levels: on the ground floor is a comfortably furnished, open-plan living and dining room with open fireplace, a kitchen and a guest bathroom. Upstairs are two panoramic double bedrooms (one of which is accessed via the single room), two bathrooms and a laundry room. The bedrooms have wonderful sea views that also take in the grounds and the Rocca of Cefalù. The two barn conversions each have a large open plan living areas with double/twin beds (for groups of up to 13 people), a bathroom and a kitchen on the ground floor and a double/twin beds on an open mezzanine. The old chapel has been skilfully transformed into a lounge and games room with comfy seating, flat-screen TV, SKY and Nintendo Wii!
Outside: Il Borghetto is spectacularly positioned on terraced farmland in the total peace and quiet of the Madonie National Park. There are numerous, comfortably furnished panoramic terraces for al fresco living and dining, and it is on these, and on the verdant lawns beside the beautiful pool, where you will spend the vast majority of your time. The buildings themselves are beautifully proportioned and sit in perfect harmony with their surroundings.

Think About
Smaller parties may take the main house on its own outside the peak season. Its location and style have made Il Borghetto a great favourite for extended families and groups of friends. Immediate access to the pool from the terraces in front of the house is gated, though it is possible to access the pool from other areas.
