About the Property

Inside: La Casina del Biviere is the restored stable building to the side of the main house (La Casa del Biviere). It is on one floor (the first floor), accessed by an external staircase. The house is spacious and comfortably fitted, and features a large living space, split into sitting and kitchen/dining areas (no oven), one double and two twin bedrooms and one bathroom. The furnishings are simple but well chosen and the overall impression is of a high quality, functional house.

Outside: La Casina del Biviere does not have outside living areas on the first floor, but guests have complete freedom of the gardens and may take meals outside in the garden or by the pool. As mentioned before, the gardens are particularly beautiful, and the setting of the large swimming pool is really special.

The extremely charming owner lives in the main house and sometimes opens her gardens to small groups of horticulturalists. The US air base of Sigonella is nearby, and planes sometimes fly low over the house.
