Inside: the main entrance takes you into a hallway, off which a lounge area with TV leads to a reading room. Via a billiard room, one accesses a double bedroom and bathroom, the large living area, the spacious dining room and the kitchen (complete with cook!). A staircase leads to the first floor and the main sleeping quarters: four spacious, comfortable double bedrooms (three of which with en-suite bathrooms), a “children’s bedroom" with 2 single beds and a bathroom. Two of the double bedrooms access the rear terrace with views of the sea, the Egadi Islands and Erice. Beside the pool, if you need a little extra space, there is a guest house with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is also intended for use by people using the pool and is therefore accessible both from the pool area and from the bedroom. This pool house is available for use as a bedroom for an additional fee, and in the low season between the end of October and Easter is only available if the pool is open.
Outside: the villa sits on a large expanse of beautifully tended private parkland. Lawns alternate with avenues of palms, olive and citrus groves and manicured Mediterranean shrubs to create an extremely pleasant environment in all seasons. The large heated pool makes for comfortable bathing even in the lower seasons, while the new addition of a pool house, complete with bar, lounge area, bedroom and full bathroom offers a whole new dimension to poolside living!
Service: La Favorita is a fully-serviced villa with cook, maid and houseman all ready to take care of you 7 days a week. For meals, just let the staff know day by day whether you require lunch and/or dinner, choose from the menus on offer or tell them of any preferences you may have. They will organise the rest. Food and drink bills are paid locally, giving you complete flexibility to experience the best and freshest local produce.
