The Property

Inside: enter the imposing front door into a welcoming hallway with living room to the left and dining room to the right. The living room has large comfortable sofas and an open fireplace for the winter evenings. Behind it is a study and a guest bathroom. The dining room communicates directly with the large kitchen, which leads in turn to the outside kitchen and dining area. Upstairs is a bright living area with large double rooms to left and right. The master double has an ensuite bathroom and private terrace, whereas the second double shares a bathroom with the twin room and a childrens room with bunk bed. The atmoshpere and decoration throughout are warm and simple with excellent use of colour and original features of the house.

Outside: Enter the grounds and leave your car out of site to the side of the house (there is space for at least three cars). The house itself is an imposing structure and dominates the well designed grounds. In front of the house is an area of lawn with a large hammock taking in the beautiful view of the sea and Monte San Calogero. Continuing on around the house one arrives at the well designed dining and kitchen area covered by a shady pergola and up towards the pool. The garden continues for a good distance past the pool and down the terracing towards the sea.
