Inside: The Main House
The original farmhouse is on two levels. The ground floor is given over to a large living cum dining area with three distinct but essentially open-plan areas, one with an open fireplace, sofas and armchairs, one with a dining table and another sitting area with television. Off this living area is a guest bathroom and a very large, extremely stylish and professionally equipped kitchen with another large dining table. Up a spiral staircase to the first floor, where there are the three double bedrooms, each with bathroom (one of which is not en-suite but adjacent). Two bedrooms overlook the front garden area and share a wide balcony covered in bougainvillea and jasmine. They are accessed through a common sitting area and both have ensuite bathrooms with shower. The third bedroom has a private, furnished terrace with a view over the back and side garden areas. Its bathroom is next door and has a wonderful tiled sunken bath with hand shower. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The house can also be accessed via the kitchen or through a side door that leads directly to the first floor.

The Dependences: Around the back of the main house there are several dependences accommodating six air-conditioned double rooms, each with its own bathroom (with shower) and private terrace area. While these rooms are less luxurious than the accommodation in the main house, they are well designed, newly restored, comfortably furnished and welcoming.

Outside:
Villa Farli is set in a large expanse of beautifully-kept, lawned garden featuring a wide variety of fragrant and colourful Mediterranean flowers, plants and trees. In one corner of the garden is a magnificent pool. Immediately in front of and behind the house are several shaded terrace areas that are ideal for outside dining, aperitifs or an afternoon snooze.
