Inside: the property is stylishly and simply decorated throughout. The living area, with white sofas gathered in front of a fireplace and two windows looking out to sea, is joined via an archway to the dining area, which has the same mesmerising views. Beside the dining area is the spacious, well-equipped kitchen .
The bedrooms are all compact and cozy. The master bedroom has a double bed with sea views and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and sea views. The third bedroom has a small double bed and garden views. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom. In addition, there is a mezzanine level, accessed via an unrailed staircase from the dining room, with a small double bed which may be prepared for extra guests on arrangement.
Outside: the area immediately around the house is decked with recovered railway sleepers cut from African hardwood. Two panoramically situated groups of sofas are cut from the same wood and covered by fresh white cushions, making them virtually impossible to leave once one is installed! To the side of the house is a sheltered and shaded dining area, whereas to the front, above the sea, is another dining table. There is also an outside shower and a barbeque area.
A short walk from the house, a beach volley court provides entertainment for the physically active of all ages! Wandering down the path past a small dependance (suitable for a baby sitter or maid and available for a small extra fee) one soon arrives at the furnished pagoda and the sea gate, offering you private access to a sequence of dreamy sandy beaches.

Safely fenced in, some distance from the house, are the owners' 2 horses, ostrich and flock of mouflon (a type of sheep, apparently!).
