Checking prices & availability
The prices are on the individual property pages. To ask us whether a property is available for your dates, please use our "shortlist" function to send us a list of properties that interest you.
Tell us about your party
Please tell us everything you think we should know about your party, including ages, preferences, phobias, what you liked or hated about the last villa you booked etc. etc. It all heps us when we formulate our tailored recommendations.
Options
To give you time to contact friends, we will usually hold options on bookings for three to seven days, depending on the property and time of year. We regret that we cannot usually hold options for more than a day or two on late bookings (one month or less before departure) in high and peak seasons.
How to book
Once you have made up your mind, let us know by phone or email. We’ll then finalise your arrangements with you and take you through the booking process. The order of events from this moment on is as follows:
1. the booking form: We pre-complete your booking form with all the information agreed with you, and send it to you (sending a .pdf file by email is quickest but we will send it by fax or post if you prefer). You check the information on the booking form, complete it with your payment details and any other missing information, sign it and fax it back to us.
2. the Deposit: We take a deposit of 30% of the price of your arrangements to secure your booking.
3. the Confirmation Invoice: We send you an invoice confirming the booking and the payment taken so far.
4. the Balance: for most bookings: the full balance of the cost of your holiday is due to us no less than 63 days (nine weeks) before departure. If you book 64 or more days before departure and pay your deposit by credit card, we will ask you whether we may use the same card to take the payment of the balance when the time comes. For *thinkPaythere bookings (see below), the balance is paid directly at the property when you check out.
5. the joining pack: When you have paid your balance we will send you your paid invoice and joining pack including accommodation vouchers, detailed directions, a thinkSicily map of Sicily, and any other information relevant to your holiday.

(We call bookings for the properties set out below “thinkPaythere bookings”. When we take a booking from you for a thinkPaythere booking we act as agent only in relation to that booking. Please see our booking conditions for further details.

Prices
In order to give you the fairest possible prices (not inflated to account for exchange rate fluctuations) we quote in Euros. You may either pay in Euros or in Pounds Sterling. If you pay in Sterling, we will use the exchange rate on our website at the time you book. To see our rate click here.
Payment methods
You may pay by Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa and American Express), UK debit card, cheque or bank transfer. We do not charge extra for credit card payments.
Credit card guarantee
Our property owners require a security deposit to cover them against damage and unpaid bills. We will ask you to make this in the form of a “credit card guarantee”. This avoids you running the risk and inconvenience of carrying a deposit in cash to the property. We may charge your credit card to the maximum amount specified on the booking form if you leave damage or bills unpaid at the property on your departure (see point 12 of the booking conditions).
Electricity and heating
The cost of electric energy is included up to a limit of 350 kWh. This is generally more than enough for normal use, but may not cover heavy use of air conditioning. Extra consumption may be charged at € 0.20 per kWh. Gas for heating may also be charged on consumption. These extra energy charges should to be paid locally, in cash, when you check out.
