Sicilian recipe of the month - Pasta con le sarde!

If you asked any Palermitano what their town's signature pasta dish was, they would unanimously reply "pasta con le sarde". It is fairly simple to make and uses a fascinating Arabic mix of ingredients as well as the principal component, sardines.

There is also a poor man's version called "pasta con le sarde a mare", or "pasta with the sardines at sea", lacking the principal ingredient! We strongly recommend you try the former!

The Think Sicily Architect Collection

Villas that would appeal to anyone with an eye for architecture and design - this is our Architect Collection. 

While all our properties could quite happily fit into this definition, we have tried to identify a few that represent different architectural styles and that have a certain "je ne sais quoi" design factor.

Most are fairly modern, though there are also some great examples of stylishly refurbished older properties that seamlessly combine contemporary design and classic architecture.
