Sicilian recipe of the month: rich swordfish stew |

Swordfish, or pesce spada, is a Sicilian staple found on virtually all menus. It can be cooked in numerous ways, but is most commonly served as a simple steak or as involtini (rolls - also on our recipe page). This month's recipe, a thick, rich swordfish stew, is a tasty concentration of all things Mediterranean, typically served in the area of Messina. It's mouth-watering to think about, easy to make about and delicious to eat! I'm off to the fishmonger's right now!
