Sicily has been producing wine for millennia and today many of the island's vintages are achieving international acclaim that was previously the reserve of northern wines.
As such, any trip to Sicily would not be complete without a wine-tasting tour of some of the best cantine on the map!
Our wine-tasting tours will help you learn the secrets of Sicilian wine production, experiment with local grape varieties and get a nose for what is good!
A visit to a cantina in Sicily is also a wonderful opportunity to stock up on your holiday supplies!
By booking a wine tour you will have everything you need for a great day out including a private driver, who will make sure you get to the cantine and back home safely, leaving you to really get to grips with the organoleptic qualities of the wines!

There are 2 organised tours, one full-day and one half-day.
A typical full-day wine tour:
10.00am – pick-up from your villa
11.00am – arrival at the vineyard
11.00am – tour of vineyard and winery
11.45am – guided wine-tasting - 3/4 wines
1.00pm – light lunch
2.00pm – departure for second winery
3.00pm – arrival at second winery
3.00pm - tour of vineyard and winery
4.00pm - guided wine-tasting - 3/4 wines
5.00pm - return to villa
A typical half-day wine tour would end after the light lunch.
Prices include:
Pick-up and drop-off at your villa
Private driver for 4 hours (half-day) / 8 hours (full day) Guided tour of 1 (half day) or 2 (full day) vineyard(s) and wine(y)(ies)Guided tasting of 3/4 or 7/8 different wines Light lunchPrice does not include:
