Sicily's Mount Etna is a significant challenge even for a seasoned walker. On top of that, it is also a highly active volcano! It is, however, one of Sicily's prime attractions, so part of our job is to make sure you see it in the best way possible.

Two great ways are on foot, or from a helicopter. Another excellent way to see Etna, particulary for a family, or a group of people with differing levels of stamina and physical fitness, is with a private 4x4. A 4x4 trip organised by thinkSicily is also a really great day out!

A Land Rover will get you far enough off the beaten track to see some fascinating aspects of this great volcano that the ordinary tourist won't see, and the knowledgable guide who will accompany you will give you some great insights.

To book: call us or email etna4x4@thinkSicily.com

The prices below include a superb picnic lunch, and pick-up/drop-off at your villa if you are in the Etna area. If you are not in the area you may either meet the Land Rover(s) at the base of the mountain, or we will arrange an extra transfer for you.
