The Egadi Islands (Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo) are just off the coast of Trapani and are an excellent day trip, with crossings taking just 20 minutes (to Favignana and Levanzo).


 

Hydrofoils (passengers only)

 

From Trapani

Siremar and Ustica Lines run a total of about 15 hydrofoils corssings a day to Favignana (20 minutes) and Levanzo (20 minutes), and a few a day to Marettimo (1 hour approx), all year round.

From Marsala

Ustica Lines runs about 5 hydrofoil crossing a day to Favignana (30 minutes) and a few times a day to Marettimo (1h 10mins approx), all year round.

Ferries (passengers and cars)


Siremar runs several  ferries per day to Favignana (1hr approx.) and Levanzo (between 1 and 3hrs depnding on the route) and a couple per day to Marettimo (1hr 45mins approx.), all year round.

Booking Tickets

Tickets for hydrofoils can be bought on the quay from where the hydrofoils leave.
Tickets offices for ferries can be found in Via Staiti 23 (the main road opposite the port entrance).

Although this isn’t necessary to book in advance in low and medium seasons, we do recommend booking early if you are travelling between July and September. Bookings may be made directly with the companies concerned. Alternatively, call our office and we will be happy to do it for you, for a fee of £25 per booking.
