Several of our villas lend themselves to wedding day festivities, offering space, a beautiful setting, a touch of luxury and a highly professional level of service.
The company's London offices work hand in hand with its on-the-spot concierge who, along with the gracious owners and the villas' staff, will be there on the day to ensure that everything runs smoothly and according plan.
Apart from sublime venues, Think Sicily can also arrange a variety of essential services, including help with the formalities of getting married in Italy, catering, flowers, accommodation for extra guests in other Think Sicily properties nearby, airport transfers, live music and much, much more.
In accordance with Italian law, official wedding ceremonies can only take place in a church (for Catholic Weddings) or in a town hall (for Civil Weddings). Should you choose the second option, we can also arrange a supplementary symbolic ceremony at your villa, giving you the opportunity to share your vows with your family and friends.
There are a number of bureaucratic requirements that you will need to fulfill to get married in Italy. These differ depending on your nationality and where you want to get married (i.e. in a church or in a town hall). We will be happy to provide you with a detailed list of the documentation you need, but we also recommend you contact your government’s Foreign Office and / or an Italian Embassy or Consulate.

Additional services and costs
Optional - Legal documentation / Marriage Coordination fee €500
We will be happy to help with the hassle of obtaining legal documents here in Italy. It will be your responsibility to provide all the required personal documentation by the deadline (normally 30 days before the date of the wedding).
Compulsory Event / Wedding Planning fee of €1000
This price includes:
• Help in choosing and coordinating local aspects of the Event/Wedding (see details below) with our Event Planner, Federica Musco
• Organisation of the event or wedding (ceremony and reception)
• Assistance with event design
• Venue coordination
• Federica’s presence and supervision at the Event/Wedding day for 8 hours. If the event planner is required to stay more than 8 hours on the day, there will be an additional charge of € 60 per hour.
We will also be happy to help you to design and coordinate the following services. The prices below are based on previous events
• Catering (food, service and linen, cutlery). Average price from €60 per person for a standard buffet with appetizers and 2 courses, to €250 per person for a served dinner with fish and 3 courses with champagne
• Flower bouquet for bride (average cost from €100 to €300)
• Live music (live band, Sicilian band, string quartet, etc.) from €650 to €1,000. If needed we can help arrange equipment such as sound systems at an additional cost
• D.J. - approximately €700
• Bridal Beautician (hair and make-up) - €650
• Chair rental (when different chairs from the ones at the villa are requested) - average price from €3 to €6 per chair
• Interpreter for ceremony at town hall or church - €100
• Photographer (we can recommend a trustworthy English-speaking professional from whom you can get a direct quote)
